主题征文活动的通知

站属各党支部：

为迎接建党90周年，引导党员干部铭记党的光荣历史，歌颂党的丰功伟绩，积极唱响共产党好、社会主义好、改革开放好、伟大祖国好这个主旋律。深入推进学习型党组织建设和创先争优活动，经站党委研究决定，在全站党员中开展“我自豪，我是一名共产党员”主题征文活动。现将活动有关事宜通知如下：

一、 指导思想

“我自豪，我是一名共产党员”主题征文活动以邓小平理论和“三个代表”重要思想为指导，学习贯彻党的十七届五中全会精神，深入实践科学发展观，围绕党的90年光辉奋斗历程，热情讴歌党的丰功伟绩，坚定走中国特色社会主义道路的信心，抒发作为一名共产党员对党的热爱和自豪感。认真履行党员义务，增强党性，积极推进学习型党组织建设和创先争优活动，充分发挥党员先进性和先锋模范作用，为总站地质环境监测事业的科学发展贡献力量。

二、 活动要求

1、开展庆祝建党90周年活动是站党委2011年度一项重要工作，也是我站党员生活中的一件大事。各党支部要以高度的责任感和使命感，积极行动，精心组织党员参加好本次主题征文活动。

2、主题征文活动以支部为单位，每个支部至少上报2篇以上征文稿件。

3、征文要主题鲜明，突出主旋律，文章要见“我”，写自己亲历的真人真事，文章要有真情实感，充分表明“我”作为一名共产党员的自豪所在，真情叙述亲身感受到的党光荣、伟大的一点一滴，字数不要超过1800字。

三、  时间安排

本次征文活动从下文之日起至5月底。请各党支部于征文截止日之前将征文纸质材料及电子文档报党办。

四、 征文评比

征文结束后，站将组织对征文进行评比，评出一、二、三等奖，颁发获奖证书并进行奖励。一等奖获得者作品将代表站参加局工会组织开展的“党在我心中”演讲比赛。
